Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every user gets 10 free explanations each month before paying anything, so you can be sure TutorLoop works for your child before you subscribe.

Cancellation

Pro (₹299/month) and Tutor (₹999/month) are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. There are no cancellation charges.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have used the Service only minimally, email us and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI/card via Razorpay, or card via Stripe) within 5–7 business days. Because each explanation incurs a real processing cost, we may decline a refund where a plan has been used heavily within the period.

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com from the address you used to pay, with your payment reference. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
