Terms of Service

Welcome to TutorLoop (“the Service”), a homework-help tool that explains textbook problems and generates practice questions. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

TutorLoop uses AI to read a problem you submit (by photo or text) and produce a step-by-step explanation and practice questions. Explanations are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors. They are a study aid, not a guarantee of correctness — always review the working with your child and consult your teacher or textbook where it matters (for example, before exams).

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service for genuine learning. Do not upload content you have no right to share, do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service, and do not resell access without our written permission. The free tier is limited to 10 explanations per calendar month.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans (Pro, Tutor) are billed monthly in advance through our payment partners (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the problems you upload. The explanations and practice questions generated for you are yours to use for personal or classroom study.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TutorLoop is not liable for academic outcomes or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
